Volunteers

Become A Volunteer and Be Part Of Our
Hawaii Public Housing Authority Team!

The Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) is a division of the Department of Human Services (DHS) and services the state and federal low-income families, Section 8 Voucher and Rent Subsidy Program.

Volunteers are welcome to assist our Construction Management Branch, Property Management and Maintenance Services, Section 8 Program, Applications Unit, Fiscal Management, Procurement and Information Technology Office. We have offices on the Islands of Hawaii, Maui and Kauai.

To become a volunteer you will need to complete the Volunteer Application and send it directly to the following address:
